Job Description
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Assist HOD in handling administrative matters related to Bank Credit Facilities
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably experienced in Full Set Account is preferred
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
