Job Description
- Involve in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance, appraisal, employee benefit & claims, leave management, training, and administration
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle all work pass applications (New Application, Issuance, and Renewal)
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Communicate and explain HR policies to Employees
- Oversee monthly payroll-related issue
- Maintaining an accurate personal record of all staffs
- Process childcare leave claims and any other statutory reimbursements
- Handle various statutory government surveys
- Handle colleagues' enquiries and grievances
- Facilitate annual performance appraisal reviews
- Generating monthly reports to management
- To renew company insurances and process claims, if any
- Provide administrative support to immediate superior and Management as and when required
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resource Management
- Good understanding of the HR practices including Employment Act.
- Good working attitude & self-driven.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Singaporeans only.
