Job Description

Qualification and competency/Skills

· Diploma holder in Sales/Marketing preferred

· Good communication and Interpersonal skills

· Working experience in Sales

· Possessed own car

Duties and Responsibilities

· Report to the Director

· Attending to sales enquiries regarding our services, submit quotations and follow up action

· Systematic new sales approach to industry that is still not using our services

· Systematic new sales to new factories and buildings which are under construction

· Attend to any teething problems at the start of services contract

· Routing visiting program to clients

· Assist Finance Department in collection of outstanding payments/debts when required

· Prepared Sales budget annually for his or her own individual targets

· Any other duties assigned by the superior
