Job Description
- Sub-contractor
- Min 10 years of renovation & structure work Experience
- 5.5 days work weekly.
- Coordinate and oversee all building works and renovation works on project site
- Supervision of the renovation works and issues
- Liaise with maincontractors/subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all renovation works and finishes according to quality specification and work schedule.
- Conduct inspections and assess the work performance done on architectural installations issues.
- Assist to evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site (Technical matters)
- Review and check detailed plans before actual work implementation.
