Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

·                  Assist Production Manager to plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to meet delivery schedule

·                  Coordinate different sections within the operation department to ensure material availability for jobs and carry out cost control

·                  Inform Production Manager to prevent the occurrence of any production shortfall with respect to the delivery schedule

·                  Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity

·                  Analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issue and process improvement

·                  Evaluate and recommend processes improvement

·                  Conduct training for supervisor, technician and operator and ensure that all staffs adhere to safety rules

·                  Manage good housekeeping practice of the workshop and premise

·                  Prepare and update all assigned reports

·                  Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·                  Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

·                  1~ 2 years of working experience in the related field

·                  Experience in managing a team of production operators and technicians

·                  Good analytical and communication skills

·                  Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment

·                  Proficient in Microsoft Office
