Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

·                  Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation

·                  Preparation of tender & quotation submission and follow up with tender clarifications and interview

·                  Source quotation, liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers

·                  Attend site meetings to capture all variation claims, preparation of interim valuations and potential variation works

·                  Liaise with engineers and clients for tender clarifications

·                  Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner

·                  Handle other assigned duties or related job as required

Requirements:

·                  Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in construction environment.

·                  Knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

·                  Able to start work immediately or within short notice
