Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely collection and delivery of cargoes
• Ensuring accuracy on job performance
• Ensuring proper documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc
• Ensuring fully compliance for PSA Import/ Export/ Trucking procedures and Workplace Safety & Health requirement

Job Duties:

• Reporting to traffic control team
• Maintain radio communication always
• Timely arrival for delivery of import cargoes
• Timely arrival for collection of export cargoes
• To check and confirm the documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc
• Endorsing of permits at customs checkpoint
• Vehicle maintenance and housekeeping
• Report any vehicle or cargo damage due to accident
• Check, tally and proper handling of cargoes
• Proper handling of company assets and equipment
• Report any cargo discrepancy during course of work
• Adhere to safety requirements while on the job
• Any other duties as per assigned by superior.
• Possess Class 4/5 license
• Min 3 year exp. in Prime Mover driving experience
• Familiar with PSA Import/ Export/ Trucking procedures
• Familiar with container yard operations
