- Handling Invoices and summary
- Filing of all incoming documents
- Coordinate with shipping agents
- Coordinate with customers and operation teams
- Customer service relationship
- Creating work orders/DO
- Update data in MS Excel
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
- 5days work (Monday to Friday)
- Work location-Jurong Area
