Job Description
- Provide Support to Admin Team
- Perform General Adm duties – Support Office Administration / Reception Duties / Mails and courier arrangements (Receiving guests, attend to pantry and stationery needs and necessary requisition) Liaise with Building Management and Contractors for necessary works
- Provide support for office communication needs
- Provide support for Staff Onboarding, Offboarding necessary admin setup and Co-ordination with IT Provide support for clubs application & related matters
- Provide support for issuance / inventory of safety gears / office ART Kits, medical supplies
- Process invoices in co-ordination with Accounts
- Other ad hoc admin duties as assigned
- Prefer Chinese Speaking candidates
