Job Responsibilites:

• Work with BIM team for BIM 3D/4D/5D overall implementation plan according to company's goal.
• Support & coordinate drawing/technical issue with projects. Create 3D model & prepare related drawing/documents as per schedule in good quality.
• Monitor submission schedule & resolve clash with project team.
• Provide technical support for tender.
• In charge of BIM drafter training.
• Assist technical manager in the administration of department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Strong management experience in related BIM with strong technical knowledge and modelling skill (Main-con background is preferable).
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess strong leadership quality and high initiative character.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCad/ Revit/Navisworks/Fuzor/Lumion etc.
• Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
