Roles & Responsibilities

Description

1) Establishes Sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new customers/businesses

2) Implementing sales programs by developing field sales action plans

3) Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with market supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competition

4) Establishes New accounts/Businesses, Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potentials sales customer and other trade factors

5) Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers

6) Keeps HQ & management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses

7) Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace intelligence on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, techniques, etc.

8) Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

9) Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

10) Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

11) Ensures customer receivables/DSO is timely & within the guidelines stipulated by the HQ & management

12) A team player; contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

13) Staff training & Mentoring maybe required

14) Perform Overseas travel/short term assignments related to scope of work

15) Any other work related matters assigned by HQ/management

Requirements

1) Minimum 3 years in similar field at freight forwarding industry

2) Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PPT

3) Ability to relocate to Laos / Malaysia
