Jobscope:

· Lead and manage project execution, monitor site

progress, and ensure on-time completion of the

project

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and

the latest WSH Act at all time

· Evaluate and report to management on project

progress

· Perform other ad hoc duties given by

management

· Able to liaise with subcontractors, architects,

consultants and authorities

· Help to set guidelines and provide expertise and

supervision to the team

· Identifying potential risks, performing risk analysis

and planning risk mitigation strategies

· Controlling all construction operations,

procurements, the quality of deliverables and

project costs

· Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate

authorities

· Ensure all deadlines are met

Requirements:

· Possesses at least a Degree or Diploma majored

in Civil Engineering or related field

· Excellent knowledge of construction materials

and equipment

· Minimum 4 years of experience in construction

industry

· Be a team player, independent, meticulous,

diligent and organized with positive work attitude
