Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
·
Preparing
local invoice & delivery order.
·
Preparing
shipping documents (for export).
·
Handle
import shipment.
·
Data
entry on goods receipt.
·
Maintain
record of stock movement and integrity of inventory control system.
·
Update
stocks inventory data in system.
·
General
administrative as assigned.
·
Liaise
with transporters/ drivers for any collection and delivery.
·
Assist on
Sales person on any ad hoc duty assign.
Requirements:
·
Minimum O
Level or equivalent and with at least two year of related working experience
·
Able to
speak in English & Mandarin (as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
regularly)
·
Well
verse with Microsoft Office application
·
Good
organizational, administrative and communication skills
·
Good team
player with dedication.
