Job Description
What you wll be doing:
- Lead in yearly surveillance audit of SFA, Halal, ISO22000, ISO9001.
- Draft assurance quality policies and procedures to update and improve the QA process.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to sustain food safety and quality in a cold chain system.
- Assist in the SFA inspections to ensure that all mandatory inspections are done for and behalf of customers.
- Assist in incidents investigations on customers compliants relating to food quality/ packaging integrity
- Work closely with Operations to identify root causes and corrective actions/ mitigation plans are given and completed to prevent recurrences .
- Ensure that required records for the compliance of food systems are all readily available.
- Prepare reports to communicate quality checks activites
- Identify Training needs and organise monthly trainings for staff to meet the Company Quality Standards
- Ensure that all hygiene standards of the warehouse/coldrooms are in accordance to SFA standards.
What you will need to have:
- At least 3 years of QA experience in a food warehouse/logistics environment especially in coldroom environment will be advantageous.
- Posesses at least Diploma/Degree in Food Science or related discipline.
- Team Player with lots lots of intiatives attitude
- Able to work on alternate Sats (8am to 12pm)
