  • Collect order requests from other departments
  • Research vendors and negotiate the best price
  • Submit purchase orders
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Log all orders and payments
  • Administrative function such as data entry, typing, faxing, filling, attending to telephone calls, managing email account & etc
  • Day to day task assign by superior / manager
