- Collect order requests from other departments
- Research vendors and negotiate the best price
- Submit purchase orders
- Reconcile invoices
- Log all orders and payments
- Administrative function such as data entry, typing, faxing, filling, attending to telephone calls, managing email account & etc
- Day to day task assign by superior / manager
