Submit daily site activities to consultant team in order to notify estimated timing for inspection.

Monitor the site and coordinate with sub contractors to ensure all works are carried out progressively.

Liasise with consultants, M&E, Arch team and precast suppplier for structural clarification as well as PE for structural design calculation

Coordination and scheduling for precast components delivery to site. Manage precast quality check before installation.

Manage material inspection and testing plan related to the project.

Interpret drawings and specifications, measure and take off qualities of structural elements.

Assist PM in planning, scheduleing and preparation of weekly/monthly progress report and attend the HDB meeting.

Particiate in the CONQUAS assessment preparation as well as handover stage documents and inspections etc.
