Job Description

·                  Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate                         Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.

·                  Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCad.

·                  At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·                  Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural, Engineering -                             Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and analysis drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications

• Check site installation whether it is in accordance with design and standards

• Check and prepare for discrepancies of drawings to be highlighted to consultant

• Oversee the projects and follow the term and conditions of contracts. Ensure compliance to contracts and the drawings with regulatory specifications

• Able to coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Attend meeting with architects and consultants

  Job Requirements:

• Candidate with at least 1 years of experiences in Construction industry

• Has a positive attitude and sense of responsibility

• Able to handle construction projects with the commitment to work

• Required skill: Able to use Microsoft Project to present schedule to the client

• Knowledge in Construction and Renovation regulation in Singapore.
