Job Description
What you will be doing :
- Fulfill customers orders
- Prepare monthly inventory report
- Develop professional rapport with customers and build loyalty between customers
- Attend to customers’ feedback and challenges in a professional manner and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the team
What you need to/ good to have:
- Demonstrate fluency in communication, both written and spoken (to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking associates)
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Willing to work under stress and tight deadline
- Able to work independently but senior will be there to guide you:)
- Good communication skills as you will be writing emails to customers
- Able to work at least 1 Saturday till 2pm each month
