What you will be doing :

• Fulfill customers orders
• Prepare monthly inventory report
• Develop professional rapport with customers and build loyalty between customers
• Attend to customers’ feedback and challenges in a professional manner and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the team

What you need to/ good to have:

• Demonstrate fluency in communication, both written and spoken (to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking associates)
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Willing to work under stress and tight deadline
• Able to work independently but senior will be there to guide you:)
• Good communication skills as you will be writing emails to customers
• Able to work at least 1 Saturday till 2pm each month
