Job Description
Liaise with supplier on material pricing and issuing Purchase Order
- Update material usage for respective project site
- Monitor material ordered from site in terms of over PO and ordering trends.
- Coordinate with site personnel on material issues
- Update on material transaction for store
- Code and file documents according to the established procedures
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
- Make arrangement on the organization event and staff welfare
Job Requirement
- A level or similar with experience in administrative duties
- IT skills in Microsoft packages – Word, PowerPoint, Excel spread-sheet and MYOB
