Roles & Responsibilities
• Execute daily production list as delegated
• Check on date of expiry of ingredients, state date of process usage.
• Preparation on misen plus (Ingredients/ sauces etc.) for next working day
• Ensure consistent preparation and procession of foods
• Maintain and upkeep kitchen equipment’s in good working conditions
• Practice established safety & sanitation procedures for food handling and preparation
• Maintain and up keep cleanliness in overall store assigned to
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned time by time
• Permanent night shift
