Roles & Responsibilities
1) Source quotations for office and general supplies, travel insurance,
etc and raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders, where required.
2) Arrange for printing of name cards, and place orders for stock
replenishment of office supplies, stationery and beverages, when required.
3) Check the time clock records and prepare attendance reports for
submission to department heads.
4) Verify overtime claims and submit to account department for payment
action.
5) Co-ordinate with departments and register employees for training
courses and arrange for payment for course fees.
6) Up-date E-leave and RMG systems and contact list.
7) Up-date and maintain the company vehicle and insurance when required.
8) Apply leave on behalf of staff who has no access to the E-leave
system.
9) Apply / renew PSA, Jurong island and airport passes for employees /
visitors and forklift permits.
10) Handle all outgoing and incoming mails and documents.
11) Liaise with insurance broker and employees on WIC, H&S and motor
insurance claims and policy renewals.
12) Follow up with traffic HOD/ accounts department and LTA on road tax,
VPCS, vehicle inspection and COE renewals.
13) Source for competitive airfares and arrange flight bookings for
employees on repatriation to their home countries.
14) Any other related duties as assigned.
