Job Description
- Provide administrative support to warehouse and coordination with customer for daily order fulfilment
- Perform inventory receive and inspect all materials to tally against shipping documents
- Perform data entry support and regular billing updates
- Maintain proper documentation and filling of all inventory records
- Ensure accuracy of inventory balances and movements, performing inventory counts and reconciliations as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualification & Experience:
- Secondary School/O Level
- Preferably 1– 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse / 3PL administration
- Valid Forklift license is an added advantage
- Possess good organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (5 days work week)
- No aircon working environment
- Working Location: Jalan Buroh Area
