- Able to handle daily operation in Central Kitchen by applying HACCP flow.
- Able to plan and execute job assigned independently.
- Able to supervise the quality of foods produced.
- Must perform simple maintenance on various equipments used.
- Must be able work shift.
- Must be able to work extra hours if needed.
