Responsibilities
- Managing Sales Manager Calendar, Scheduling and Meeting Clients
- Develop a digital filing system for active Sales files and hardcopy filing
- Prepare weekly forecast and Sales Report
- Checking prices and contracts are up-to-date
- Act as primary Customer Service Contact for Clients enquiries on our services
- Sending THANK YOU letter/ After SALES Support
- Send introduction Email accordingly to properties with standard template provided.
- Sending Email to Clients with regards to the appointed Vendors Information and details.
- Work closely with Kitchen & Operations team
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
Competencies
- Active participation in strategic Sales Planning including developing new promotional events
- How to engage with Clients and Vendors professionally
- Gain experience in Database Management and record-keeping
- Contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets
