Roles & Responsibilities

Description

1) Supervise, coordinate and manage all day-to-day warehouse operation & activities.

2) Manage and control warehouse inventory strictly and efficiently, making sure inventories are accurate.

3) Supervise, organizing, arranging and rearranging of items in an orderly fashion in a warehouse to achieve optimized usage of warehouse space.

4) Able to use mechanical handling equipment efficiently, manage the usage and training of all equipment.

5) Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.

6) Produce regular reports and statistics of operation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

7) Ensure good quality of services to Customers.

8) Plan & coordinate well with other inter-department Heads.

9) Strong leadership and be able to motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.

10) Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1) At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position.

2) Has good knowledge & experienced in driving/operate a Reach Truck.

3) Experience in managing Warehouses and using ERP or WMS is advantage.

4) Must have leadership quality: to monitor, lead & train

a team to carry out their daily work duties accordingly.

5) A positive mindset to continuously strive & achieve high performance standard for the Warehouse.

6) Required Skill(s): Leadership, Good Management & Communication skillset, Inventory Control, Strong Commitment.

7) Preferably Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
