Technical Matters

· Able to produce 2D & 3D Coordinated Structural shop drawings using BIM (Building Information Modelling), AutoCAD & Revit for submission. Shop drawings are required for MEP(Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Disciplines

· Able to work closely with project team for BIM development, implementation & coordination

· Able to read and understand construction drawings

· Able to do proper documentation and tracking of submission

· Able to achieve shop drawings submission schedule given

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, data or other type of drawings as assigned from time to time.

· Drawings have to match requirements of on-going projects and/or tender specifications.

· Assist in preparation of drawings for submission in tender preparation.

· Space planning, carry out conceptualize design and generate perspective drawings.

· Meet with consultants/clients/sub-contractors/Project Managers to understand requirements.

· To work out quantities from shop drawings.

· To prepare cutting list.

· Other ad-hoc drafting duties as assigned.

· Strictly follow Quality Management System & ISO

Operations & Cost Cutting Measures

· Direct daily operations in line with the Company Goals.

· Suggest Potential Measures for Cost Cutting in all Operational Areas.

· Target to have minimum re-work and material wastage

· Target for Optimum utilization of Manpower resources and reduction in OT

Any other duties /responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager / Management.
