CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Duties and Responsibilities
· Carry out duties and projects to support the Sales & Business
operations
· Attend to complaints/feedback and put on records for sales issue
· Support sales team on sales letters/quotations/sales
contracts/renewal/termination of contracts
· Generate delivery orders, collections notes and sales transaction form
· Filing of documents (contracts, letters, renewed contracts,
transaction forms, ISO documents, delivery orders and collections notes)
· Prepare and co-ordinate monthly renewal listings and documents
· Updating of Master List for all contracts
· Preparation of Ad-Hoc reports when required
· Report to Sales/Admin Manager
· Any other tasks as assigned by the superior/management.
Qualification
· “A” Level/ITE/Diploma or equivalent
