Job Description:
•Perform simple accounting functions, generate invoices, issue statement of accounts and follow up on payment from clients.
•Assist in the preparation of reports and schedules that are to be delivered to the clients and other external parties
•Responsible on daily letters distribution to relevant departments
•Assist to generate purchase orders and monitor inventory reports.
•Take care of Dormitory & Catering arrangement for workers
•Planning of company annual event
•Provide support in administrative tasks
•Maintain accounting files and records
•Other job scope includes covering for receptionist.
•Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years Experience in accounts or administrative, preferably in construction sector
•Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
•Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
•A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
•Knowledge of Autocount software is an added advantage
•Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
•Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)
•Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
•Working day: Full 5.5 Days (during probation), Alternate 5.5 Days (after confirmation)
