Job Description
· Provide project team with necessary administrative support to enable the team to function effectively & efficiently.
· Assist in the setting up, testing & commissioning of the site office for operations.
· Assist in the stocking up the site office with necessary stationary & office supplies for operations; e.g. stationary, files, paper, etc.
· Re-stocking the site office with necessary stationary & office supplies for continuous operations.
· Liaise & co-ordinate with site office’s suppliers for supply, maintainance, servicing, repairs, etc.
· Account for site office’s resources, stationary, office supplies, etc.
· Opening & locking up of site office to ensure security of the site office.
· Maintain petty cash.
· Liaise & co-ordinate with HQ on all HR & administrative matters.
