Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and taking down notes or transferring to the correct person-in-charge.
- Checking company enquiry mail box. Replying simple general enquiries or forwarding to the correct person-in-charge.
- Updating inventory records including stationery, uniform, tissue paper, and etc.
- Maintaining proper filing and documentation.
- Following up with printer servicing company, pest control company, air servicing company, and etc.
- Providing and managing administrative support mainly to project department and retail department and other departments.
- Monitoring all the outlets by cctv and making weekly report to manager.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements
- Able to speak and write in both Chinese and English.
- 2 - 3 years working experience as an admin.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Responsible, mature and well-groomed.
- Good communication skills.
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, 5.5 days
