Responsibilities:
· Assist to handle full set of the company accounting
· Daily updating of account data into the system, prepare invoices, quotations, staff’s payroll, claims, expenses, and issuances of payment
· Ensure smooth operations of the finance department which includes AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, profit and loss report for monthly review with the management
· Continuous review of work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency in the accounts department and work along with external audit vendors
· Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the company
Requirements:
· Diploma in Accountancy or relevant
· Preferably candidates with 1 years of relevant work experience
· Entry-level are welcome to apply and training provided
· Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
· Knowledge and proficiency in using Autocount system.
· Bilingual in English & Chinese and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated, pro-active, positive can-do attitude, Independent, organized, resourceful, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, quick learner, and a good team player
· Meticulous and possess a keen sense of detail
· Able to start work in the short notice period
Working Location: Jalan Besar Area
Working Days: 5.5 days
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
9am to 1pm (Saturday)
