Roles & Responsibilities
·
Perform
human resource functions relating to manpower recruitment, work pass
applications, leave and benefits administration, employee relations,
performance management, training & development and other HR related matters
·
Arrange
for job advertisements in the jobs Bank, e portals and newspapers.
·
Work with
government and employment agencies on manpower recruitment, wage funding
programs.
·
Monitor
the expiry dates of all foreign employee work passes and renew them on a timely
basis. This shall include arranging security bonds, where required, as well as
the medical and workmen injury compensation insurance.
·
Update
and submit report on manpower establishment and strength, staff turnover and
recruitment status on a monthly basis.
·
Update
and maintain the Employee Training Record and ensure employees submit the
Training Evaluation & Feedback form within 10 days after attending the
training courses.
·
Compile
LOAs and related employee records IDs, KPl score cards and personnel files and
ensure proper and secure filing.
·
Organize
orientation programme and employee engagement activity
·
Keep
track of changes in employment laws and practices and update departments and
overseas stations where applicable.
·
Able to
take minutes.
·
Strong in
recruitment.
·
Will be
groom as personal assistant.
